We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, contact us at 01930885674 or chinashops.bd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued as store credit or bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us immediately upon receiving such items.
